What this covers

This notice explains what UGEN collects through ugenmarketing.ai, why, and what you can do about it. The site has two forms: launch updates and client inquiries. Nothing else on the site asks for personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Launch updates

If you sign up, we collect your email address so we can tell you when UGEN launches. You will receive a confirmation email first, and you are only added once you confirm. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time. Our email list is managed by Kit, which stores your address and your consent on our behalf.

Client inquiries

If you send an inquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, website (if you give one), product category and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss working together. Inquiries are stored securely with Cloudflare, and we are notified by email through Resend. We keep inquiries for up to two years and then delete them, unless we are working together.

Security and spam protection

To protect the forms from abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending the form. We keep a one-way, scrambled version of your connection address for a short time to limit repeated submissions. We cannot turn it back into your actual address.

Who processes your information

• Cloudflare hosts this website, stores inquiries and provides spam protection.
• Kit manages the launch-updates list.
• Resend delivers inquiry notifications to us.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from launch updates at any time using the link in any email. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, reply to any email you have received from us, or send a short note through the Clients form.
